You have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order. This right of withdrawal is provided for by EU consumer law and, in Portugal, by Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014. To exercise it, simply contact us within that period.

Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where applicable, in their original packaging. Sealed media such as CDs and vinyl cannot be returned once the seal has been opened, unless they are defective. We recommend packing items carefully to avoid damage in transit.

Before shipping anything back, contact us at buddaguedes@gmail.com, stating your order number. We will confirm the address to send the return to. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Once we receive the returned item, the refund is issued within 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund includes the price of the item and the standard outbound shipping costs of the original order, but not the return shipping costs.

If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, the legal conformity guarantee applies. In that case, contact us: we will cover all shipping costs and offer a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

We do not handle direct exchanges. If you would like a different item — for example, another t-shirt size — return the original item under this policy and place a new order in the store.
